Delegation & Staking Agreement

This Delegation and Staking Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the individual or entity using the services ("Delegator") of Anonstake, based in Europe, and Anonstake. The delegator is the owner of the digital assets that are delegated to Anonstake. Anonstake is a service for staking digital assets.

Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which Delegator will delegate its digital assets to Anonstake for the purpose of participating in various staking networks. Anonstake is not a custodian of digital assets.

Services

Anonstake shall provide the services of delegating and staking Delegator's digital assets on behalf of Delegator. Anonstake is not a custodian of digital assets.

Risk of Loss

Delegator acknowledges that staking digital assets involves risk and that there is the possibility of losing all or a portion of its digital assets. Anonstake shall not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by Delegator as a result of its staking activities. Anonstake is not a custodian of digital assets.

Representations and Warranties

Delegator represents and warrants to Anonstake that it has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to delegate its digital assets to Anonstake for the purpose of staking. Anonstake is not a custodian of digital assets.

Indemnification

Delegator agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Anonstake from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Anonstake is not a custodian of digital assets.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. Anonstake is not a custodian of digital assets.

Amendments

This Agreement may be amended by Anonstake at any time by posting a revised version on its website. Anonstake is not a custodian of digital assets.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Delegator and Anonstake and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. Anonstake is not a custodian of digital assets.
