AION Staking tutorial - delegate on The AON with ANONSTAKE
Guide on how to stake on The OAN by delegating AION with ANONSTAKE
Requirements: Store AION in your own wallet
You are required to have AION on a wallet and NOT on an exchange. See a list of wallets here. Both of our recommended guides include installation and deposit tutorial and have a Ledger Nano support:
Step 2: Choose Anonstake in the pool registry list
In the pool list, navigate to Anonstake and choose Anonstake’s “Delegate” option.
- Once you are on the delegation page, choose “Delegate” under “I want to”,
- Enter the amount of tokens,
- Choose “Anonstake” from a list of staking pool in the bottom-right corner.
LEDGER WILL DISPLAY SMART CONTRACT ADDRESS, NOT OUR POOL ADDRESS
The address of the smart contract you will see is: 0xa008e42a76e2e779175c589efdb2a0e742b40d8d421df2b93a8a0b13090c7cc8
THE OAN CALLS THE SMART CONTRACT THEREFORE THE ADDRESS DISPLAYED ON LEDGER WILL NOT MATCH TO THE CORRESPONDING ADDRESS OF THE POOL.
Congratulations, your $AION tokens are now delegated to Anonstake staking pool and you will start earning your rewards! Rewards distribution are inherently immediate per block basis! 🎉🎉🎉
What is The OAN?
The OAN is a public infrastructure that creates a new design space for Open Applications. As a public system, a global community of individuals, software companies, and institutions secure and maintain the operations of the network. The critical functions are enabled and incentivised through Aion. The usage of the network is metered and paid in Aion, compensating those contributing to its operations (🔗 The OAN).
